Moxibustion is a TCM technique which involves burning mugwort (herb) to promote healing. It is a form of heat therapy and the intention is to warm and invigorate the flow of Qi in the body.

Reflexology is a gentle healing art, which dates back to ancient Egypt and Chine. It is the holistic study, understanding and practice of treating points and areas on the feet and hands that relate to corresponding parts of the body. Using precise hand and finger techniques, a reflexologist may improve circulation, induce relaxation and  enable balance. This encourages the person's own healing systems to be activated to maintain wellbeing.
